These Terms govern your use of the Website only. Our laser tattoo removal treatments are provided under a separate agreement — our Service Provider Agreement — which sets out the terms on which treatments, packages and fees are provided.
These Terms are intended to operate alongside, and not to limit, the Service Provider Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Service Provider Agreement in relation to our treatment services, the Service Provider Agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

We do not guarantee a particular result or a particular number of sessions.
5. Your consumer rights
Refunds, cancellations and the terms on which treatments are provided are governed by our Service Provider Agreement, not by these Terms.
Separately, and as a matter of law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
Nothing in these Terms, and nothing in the Service Provider Agreement, excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual property
