With a Health Science degree in Acupuncture along with further studies in Herbal Medicine and Homeopathy, Shirley has extensive knowledge of how the body heals. Her passion for helping people through holistic health led her to work with cancer patients to assist them alongside their medical treatment plans.

Tim brings a personal perspective to tattoo removal at Outer Ink, combining his expertise with his love of tattoos. With over 80 hours under the needle himself, including 40 hours on his back alone, he truly understands the stories, choices, and sometimes regrets that come with tattoos.
After years of covering up tattoos he’d outgrown, Tim experienced the challenges of tattoo removal firsthand.
